it seems copssh does not accept the noacl setting (windows server 2008),
after editing /etc/fstab an re-login, mount says:

$ mount
C:/Program Files/ICW/etc/terminfo on /usr/share/terminfo type ntfs
C:/Program Files/ICW/bin on /usr/bin type ntfs (binary,noacl)
C:/Program Files/ICW/lib on /usr/lib type ntfs (binary,auto)
C:/Program Files/ICW on / type ntfs (binary,noacl)
C: on /cygdrive/c type ntfs (binary,posix=0,user,noumount,auto)
D: on /cygdrive/d type ntfs (binary,posix=0,user,noumount,auto)
E: on /cygdrive/e type ntfs (binary,posix=0,user,noumount,auto)

My /etc/fstab:
$ cat /etc/fstab
# fstab file created by ICW Base installer
# see fstab.txt in the installation directory for more information
C:/Program\040Files/ICW / ntfs override,binary,noacl 0 0
C:/Program\040Files/ICW/bin /usr/bin ntfs override,binary,noacl 0 0
C:/Program\040Files/ICW/etc/terminfo /usr/share/terminfo ntfs
override,binary,noacl 0 0
none /cygdrive cygdrive binary,posix=0,user,noacl 0 0

How I get the noacl switch working?
