[Dirvish] Full backup every time

Yes, that's the solution. I did a "chmod -R a+r /var/backups/dirvish/"
so that the backups could be accessed by normal users. Maybe that is not
the best idea but for me it was okay. But obviously that was the cause
that prevented the hard links.
