[Dirvish] Is this a dumb idea? rsync without ssh

You can perhaps pass rsync the '-e "ssh --whatever-ssh-argument-you=want"' 
to change it, then.

I thought you meant in dirvish's rsh: line in its own configs.  That's 
what I would use.
