[Dirvish] Include only 1 folder

I've usually seen this a bit different, but if this is in fact backing
up only /etc and /var/backups then I guess your way must work, but the
way it looks to me, it looks like its backing up all of /var, because
you don't exclude /var/* after including /var/backups.

For your example, it would write the following to the exclude file
dirvish passes to rsync:
+ /etc
+ /var
+ /var/backups
- /var/*
- /*
