...in your .conf, that's what I use.

Also, with cygwin I think you need to make sure it's got full
Administrator access to the files rather than say Domain Admin. Or the
corresponding Users template rather than Domain Users - as least, I
couldn't get it working any other way.

I don't think cygwin understands those groups too well.
