I checked a few places, the wiki, Jason's guide, the only place I could
find an example was there.

In that example you'll notice that:

# MIN HR DOM MON DOW STRFTIME_FMT
	*   *     *   *         1    +3 months
	*   *     1-7 *         1    +1 year
	*   *     1-7 1,4,7,10  1
	*   10-20 *   *         *    +4 days
#	*   *     *   *         2-7  +15 days

the third 2nd line and the third line overlap. Basically the second line
is for the first monday of all months, the second is the first monday of
months January, April, July, October. I'm not sure if the third line
works because it is after the second line, or if it is more specific.
Ultimatetly I don't know what would happen if you backed up on a monday
between 10 and 20 (not the first monday). (So that the 1st and 4th line
conflict).

Jason Boxman also has some examples in his Guide, but they use a
different time format, which I was too tired to learn about.
