[Dirvish] just one backup file - easy compress method?

Hi,

I have the following situation:

a smbmounted shared folder from a Windows machine that have just one
backup database text file (highly compressible) with 10G size that
changes every day pre dirvish backup.

In the same dirvish vault partition there is others vaults from another
backup jobs that works wonderfully with the standard dirvish defaults.

The question is: where would be the better place to put hooks in the
dirvish conf files to do the compress task of that only backup file at
backup time? 

i was thinking in enable the (pre|post)-server and (pre|post)-client
options.
